Supporting Stars

Our Supporting Stars are an opportunity for you to let that special someone know how much they mean to you, they can be dedicated to friends, family or loved ones. If you would like to dedicate a star to someone near or dear to you - perhaps someone who has had cancer or who is currently undergoing treatment then please fill out the form below.

The Supporting Stars are printed in the centre of the Carols from Chelsea programme and hung on our tree and are personalised with your loved ones initials.

(Please note that there is a £50 suggested donation towards a Supporting Star)
